You will work with a dynamic team to design, review and modify internal controls for AP, Payroll and Commissions. You will supervise the AP, Payroll and Commission staffs, review and approve all account reconciliation related to AP and Payroll, and maintain relationships with our payroll processing provider. Also, you will plan and implement AP process improvements, assist with bank reconciliation, month-end closing of AP and Payroll, and all related records to the financial records. You will also supervise the Commission process which includes maintaining relationships with the vendor, performing monthly review and analysis, system administration and ad hoc reporting. Candidates should be advanced users of MS Excel and Access. Experience using Great Plains accounting software and Ceridian payroll is a plus! Application Requirements
