Job Description
Diamond Advisory Services (Diamond), leverages core skills in strategy, operations, technology, risk, finance, and human capital to take a business problem from the root cause issue to resolution in a manner that delivers real value to clients. Diamond focuses on businesses that are strategically dependent on information, helping them to improve the economics and performance of their business.

- Business design & performance improvement: Translate boardroom strategies into efficient ...euro-"business designs". Develop integrated and holistic leadership strategies, business and technology designs and strategic investment plans.
- Information advantage: Improve highest value decisions by extracting the untapped value of data and improving the client's information investments. Help clients build a core competency in advancing analytical skills and information architecture to improve decision-making and economic performance.

Position/Program Requirements
Knowledge Preferred:
Demonstrates expertise and/or a proven record of success managing efforts in several of the following areas:
- Leading Business Design and Performance Improvement-related engagements within the Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Consumer and Industrial Products and Services, Manufacturing, and/or Telecom industries, and/or the Public Sector;
- Creating and applying economic and business frameworks to solve difficult business problems;
- Directing management teams that develop overall business models that include detailed operations and technical designs required to implement their strategies, especially CIO, CTO and senior IT leadership...euro---s strategic and operational agendas; and
- Developing and communicating thought leadership in multiple areas that include IT strategy, enterprise architecture, technology investment portfolios, IT organization design, technology innovation approaches, complex IT program and roadmap design, IT measurement, IT governance and decision-making, emerging technology architectures (e.g. cloud, enterprise collaboration).
- Utilizing extensive functional knowledge of business intelligence and performance management software tools to manage Business Design and Performance Improvement-related teams and project management engagements
Demonstrates expertise about, and a proven track record of success with, advising global organizations on the improvement of business efficiency and/or effectiveness within the following areas: transaction processing, close and/or consolidation, budgeting and/or forecasting, and internal and external reporting.
Demonstrates expertise and/or a proven track record of success leading Business Design and Performance Improvement-related teams and project management engagement within a professional business services environment that focus on at least two of the following areas: shared service and outsourcing, finance transformation, performance management, financial systems optimization, and talent management.
Completed and obtained Masters of Business Administration degree is preferred.
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates expertise and/or a proven record of success with identifying, obtaining and processing critical data (e.g. benchmarks) to challenge the status quo through innovative thought leadership in the application of standard industry practice solutions for high performing finance functions, including the following: internal and external reporting; people and organization structures; performance management, budgeting and forecasting capabilities; cash flow optimization and the use of capital; and, building and maintaining cost-effective controls
Demonstrates extensive ability to develop a business vision and lead implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities.
Demonstrates expertise and/or a proven record of success with identifying and addressing of client needs, including the following: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
Demonstrated expertise as a team leader, including the abilities to lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
