Professional Qualifications:

• Large consulting firm or Fortune 1000 company background
• Financial Services and Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Functional experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, IT, Human Resources or Supply Chain
• Technical or Functional project management experience in complex, matrixed organizations
• Hands-on approach
• Minimum of 8 years of experience
• Bachelors degree required
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Excel and Access proficiency

Project Managers:

• Considerable experience managing all facets of large-scale projects, multi-project programs, or major project sub-sets ensuring that schedule, budget and quality goals are met
• Project deliverables documentation experience
• Extensive experience managing allocation, utilization, and direction of resources (functional and technical)
• Proven experience helping prioritize business requirements
• Experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques
• System selection, IT Strategy and PMP certification a plus

Senior Business Analysts:

• Considerable experience in planning and conducting analysis of business processes and problems
• Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Workflow documentation
• Experience in translating business problems/requirements into technical specifications for configuration or development
• Design, configuration and conversion experience
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Systems quality assurance (QA) testing experience using automated testing tools
• Proven experience with reporting tools such as Hyperion, Cognos, Crystal Reports, OutlookSoft, or Business Objects
