The role: Business Systems Integration Analyst, Legal Systems
As a Business Systems Integration Analyst, you will help drive systems initiatives to meet the needs of internal Legal customers. You should be an experienced, generalist IT business analyst. You must have the ability and interest to work on a range of different types of projects and business processes, and must have a background that demonstrates this ability. More experienced candidates should have a track record of having worked on implementing both 3rd-party software solutions and custom built solutions.
Responsibilities:  
* Partner with internal business teams to define business requirements and associated system requirements.
* Work with engineering team to develop, build and deploy technical solutions.
* Manage relationship and expectation of internal customers.
* Lead systems implementation projects to deliver requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution.
* Drive testing and quality assurance process.
Requirements:  
* BS/BA/MS/MA preferred, with a strong academic record.
* At least 4 years of experience in implementing variety of medium large complex applications.
* Prior development experience a plus.
* Participated in full implementation lifecycle for delivery of systems solutions (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).
* Demonstrated ability and strong track record in developing and delivering business systems, technical requirements and process design/optimization. Demonstrated top quartile performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English, and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
