The role: Business Systems Integration Developer, Legal Systems
As a Business Systems Integration Developer, you will help drive projects to improve legal operations and processes that the company manages through the business applications it builds and uses. You should have a track record of having worked on varied types of projects in different business process areas. Responsibilities:  
* Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve internal business processes.
* Participate in system implementation projects (technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
* Build internal systems, including 3rd party products, custom web front-end (user interfaces) and back end, that automate business processes.
* Support and upgrade implemented systems.
Requirements:  
* BS/BA/MS/MA or equivalent experience; Information Systems or Computer Science desired.
* Experience and interest in working with a variety of technologies to solve various types of problems.
* Experience with implementing 3rd-party software solutions and worked on extensive configuration, customization and system integration
* Participation in several full system implementation life-cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong analytical skills and a demonstrable bias toward action.
* Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.
* Strong programming skills in Java, SQL and relational database concepts and knowledge of Unix/Linux and scripting skills (Perl, Shell, Python, XML).
