Qualifications:
5 years minimum hands on object oriented software development experience with C++ on Unix.
2 years minimum team leading experience
Skills Summary:

Responsibilities:
Oversee small team of developers supporting Legal & Compliance, Tax, Release Management, and Client Communications.
Guide the requirements process; work with developers to design/implement reports and tools
Hands on development on projects across a global team
Liaising with internal customers to capture requirements and architect solutions
Analyzing requirements and proposing solutions
Design Develop, test, and deploy changes to meet requirements
Maintaining ownership of technical systems
Track and report status of deliverables
Provide expertise on engineering software solutions to enhance and automate business process.
Provide expertise on Middle-to-Back Office processes and systems.
Facilitate the change management for business process that change as a result of project deliverables
Support the deployment and implementation of each new release
