User Support SpecialistThis position provides training and support in all software applications, phones, and other information technology systems utilized by the Firm. Provides end user support for all cities, places calls into a database, and troubleshoots problems with hardware and software. Qualified candidates must have prior law firm experience in end user support. Must have a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience in DocsOpen is desirable. Candidates must have the flexibility to work in rotating shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
