Lead and manage a global team(s) to implement key IT projects for the client s General Counsel business line of business through successful analysis, business partnerships, business case development, and project management.

The person will be responsible for implementing Mantas AML solutions across multiple jurisdictions within Americas and APAC as well as responsible for managing other applications within the AML space adhering to the relevant policies, and controls within the client.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent project(s) / phases
  • Accountability for project objectives set by program management.
  • Establish client working relationships within the scope of assigned project.
  • Stakeholder and management reporting on progress, status, issues and risks.
  • Ensure high quality projects are delivered On-Time and within Budget.
  • Support Program Management with additional tasks on an as-needed basis.
  • Prepare necessary documentation as per corporate policy & standards

Qualifications:

  • Project Management and Client Relationship experience (10+ yrs).
  • Experience with Bank Anti-Money Laundeing & Anti-Corruption rules and regulations.
  • Experience working on large Legal & Compliance initiatives.
  • Experience with multi-language support for global applications.
  • Hands-on manager, able to fill in for any project roles as needed.
  • Solid understanding of project management processes.
  • Experience with managing remote teams and off shore development resources.
  • Can think and act globally with strong awareness of cross divisional challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills.
  • People management/leadership skills, Team Player.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in implementing Enterprise solutions is a plus
  • Previous experience in defining IT Strategy Roadmaps via Application Rationalization is a huge plus
